Curious as to the reasons the city voted to approve the city attorney to conceal and carry. Are the cops in the city not capable of protecting the people of Ozark these days? Besides, who have the cops upset that the city council needs to worry for their lives? The 16-year-old boy they tasered 19 times, a suspect in Rufus Church's murder? There's a lot of dirty laundry in the Ozark Police Department.
