CALL TO ACTION: 2010 Budget
As you may know, the board of aldermen are in the midst of budget discussions for 2010. Creating a budget is arguably the most important function of the board and can determine the whole atmosphere of a city for the following year. This is the time when your elected officials can truly represent and serve you by putting your tax dollars where you feel they need to go. Budget planning is always difficult, but in this time of economic distress deciding on priorities is all the more difficult.
CALL TO ACTION:
PLEASE call BOTH of your aldermen and the Mayor and let them know what your priorities for our city are in 2010.
